Digital Product Only: All purchases made through our gallery are for digital photo downloads only, unless a physical product is purchased separately.
Usage Rights: By purchasing and downloading digital photos, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only, unless previously agreed otherwise. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed.
Download Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a link to download your digital photos. Please ensure you save the files promptly, as the download link may expire after 90 days.
Copyright: All images remain the intellectual property of James Patten Photography. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is a violation of copyright laws.
